What this site collects: what you type into the Blueprint application, including the size of your team and your company's yearly sales, plus the page address and any tag in the link you arrived by (such as ?from= or an ad click tag), and only when you send it. The form sends your answers to this site's host, Cloudflare, which keeps them in a private database that only I read, and a copy reaches my own email inbox so I see the request right away and can reply. If you send the request by email instead, your own email app carries it and the database never sees it. If your answers fit and you book a call, the site also keeps the time you pick and the number you give, and adds the call to my own calendar so I call you on time; no invitation or email goes to anyone. The site has no accounts and keeps no mailing list. While you read, it keeps a short note of which parts you opened and clicked, in your browser only, until you close the tab; that note reaches me only with your application, so I can see what you read before you wrote. The host keeps standard request logs and a cookieless count of visits, and the site keeps anonymous daily totals of page opens, which parts of a page were read and for how long, what was clicked, how far down a visit reached, whether a visit came in through an ad link (which ad platform's tag, never the tag itself), and form use; I read totals only, never who you are. If you arrived from an ad, the click code in the ad's link comes with your application. When an application fits or a call is booked, the site sends that click code and the date back to the ad platform (Google), so I learn which ads bring real inquiries; no name, email, phone or answer goes with it.

What I receive: only what you choose to send me. Usually your name, your company, how to reach you, and your answers about your business.

What I do with it: read it, reply to it, prepare your Blueprint, and keep a record of our conversation. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone's marketing, and I do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it: Cloudflare hosts this site and the database the form writes to, a copy of each request goes to my email inbox, and a booked call goes on my calendar. The services that carry and store my email and texts, and the software I work in, handle it too. They handle it only to do that work.

How long I keep it: while we are talking or working together, and after that only as long as business records require. Ask me to delete it and I will delete what I hold, except what the law makes me keep.

California residents: I do not sell or share personal information. You may ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by email at the address below.

Children: this site is for businesses and is not meant for children.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts, so there is nothing to accept or decline. One small script adds to anonymous daily totals: page opens, which parts of a page were read and for how long, what was clicked, how far down a visit reached, and form use; nothing in those totals identifies you or follows you anywhere. The host counts page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. The host may also set a cookie that is strictly necessary to protect the site from attacks.

The site does no cross-site tracking, so it treats every visit the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

A link I send you may carry a short tag such as ?from=text. It tells the request where you found me. The tag lives in the link. The only thing the site keeps in your browser is the note of your visit described under Privacy, and only until you close the tab.

• Hosting: Cloudflare serves and protects this site and counts visits without cookies. Like any web host, it processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks.
• Form storage: Cloudflare also hosts the database that holds Blueprint requests sent from the form. When you send, it receives what you typed and connection data such as your IP address. To stop floods of automated requests, the site keeps a scrambled form of the address apart from your request and deletes it automatically, never the address itself, and never with your request.
• Checks on a request: to tell a real company from a bot, the site asks Cloudflare's public DNS resolver whether the email's domain can receive mail, and asks the website you give whether it answers. Neither check refuses a request, nothing about you is sent to anyone else, and the answers are shown to me beside your request.
• Email: Google's email service carries a copy of each request to my own inbox, so I can reply to you.
• Ad platforms: when an application fits or a call is booked, Google Ads receives the click code from the ad's link and the date, nothing else, so it can count which ads led to real inquiries. No ad platform script runs on these pages.
• Call times: to show which call times are open, the site reads the busy times on my own Google calendar, start and end only, never what is booked there. A call you book is added to that calendar with your name, company, number and answers, and no invitation is sent.
• Fonts: the typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it sends the font files.
• Nothing else: no other outside scripts, embeds, videos, maps or widgets load on these pages.

These pages describe how I work. They are information. They are not an offer or a quote, and they are not legal, tax or financial advice.

A Blueprint is free and binds neither of us. Work starts only under a written agreement that sets the scope, the timeline, the investment and the payment schedule. Where the agreement and these pages differ, the agreement governs.

The words, drawings and design of this site belong to Custom AI Systems. Quote them or link to them freely; please do not copy the site.

The site is provided as it is. I work to keep it accurate and available, and I am not liable for losses that come from using it. California law governs these terms.

• Blueprint: free, so there is nothing to refund.
• Build: the written agreement sets the milestones, what each payment covers, and what happens if either of us stops the work. Nothing is charged before you approve that agreement.
• Care: monthly. The agreement sets how either of us ends it.

The target for these pages is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA: readable contrast in light and dark mode, full keyboard use with a visible focus ring, labeled form fields, text descriptions for the drawings, a skip link, and no motion when your device asks for less.

If something here is hard to use, email me. I will get you the information another way and fix the page.

This site has no chat window and sends no automated replies. A person reads every request.

In the systems I build for clients, an automated message says it is automated wherever the law asks, texts go only to people who agreed to receive them, and every marketing email carries a way to opt out.
