What this site collects: nothing. It has no accounts, stores nothing in your browser, and sends no form data to a server. When you request a Blueprint, the page writes a message and your own email app sends it.

What I receive: only what you choose to send me. Usually your name, your company, how to reach you, and your answers about your business.

What I do with it: read it, reply to it, prepare your Blueprint, and keep a record of our conversation. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone's marketing, and I do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it: the services that carry and store my email and texts, and the software I run my business on. They handle it only to do that work.

How long I keep it: while we are talking or working together, and after that only as long as business records require. Ask me to delete it and I will delete what I hold, except what the law makes me keep.

California residents: I do not sell or share personal information. You may ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by email at the address below.

Children: this site is for businesses and is not meant for children.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, so there is nothing to accept or decline. The host may set a cookie that is strictly necessary to protect the site from attacks; it does not follow you to other sites.

A link I send you may carry a short tag such as ?from=text, so the message the page writes says where you found me. The tag lives in the link, and nothing is saved in your browser.

• Hosting: Cloudflare serves and protects this site. Like any web host, it processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks.
• Fonts: the typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it sends the font files.
• Nothing else: no other outside scripts, embeds, videos, maps or widgets load on these pages.

These pages describe how I work. They are information. They are not an offer or a quote, and they are not legal, tax or financial advice.

A Blueprint is free and binds neither of us. Work starts only under a written agreement that sets the scope, the timeline, the investment and the payment schedule. Where the agreement and these pages differ, the agreement governs.

The words, drawings and design of this site belong to Sebastian Moreno Rivera. Quote them or link to them freely; please do not copy the site.

The site is provided as it is. I work to keep it accurate and available, and I am not liable for losses that come from using it. California law governs these terms.

• Blueprint: free, so there is nothing to refund.
• Build: the written agreement sets the milestones, what each payment covers, and what happens if either of us stops the work. Nothing is charged before you approve that agreement.
• Care: monthly. The agreement sets how either of us ends it.

The target for these pages is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA: readable contrast in light and dark mode, full keyboard use with a visible focus ring, labeled form fields, text descriptions for the drawings, a skip link, and no motion when your device asks for less.

If something here is hard to use, email me. I will get you the information another way and fix the page.

This site has no chatbot and sends no automated replies. A person reads every request.

In the systems I build for clients, an automated message says it is automated wherever the law asks, texts go only to people who agreed to receive them, and every marketing email carries a way to opt out.
