For trades and contractors

AI for trades and contractors

Every new lead gets a reply drafted while it is still warm. Estimates drafted from your walkthrough notes and photos, in your format. Sent quotes followed up until you hear yes or no. Invoices and reminders out on schedule. Built inside the tools you already use, and nothing goes out alone until you approve that kind of message.

01 Where the day goes

A Blueprint for a trades company starts by writing down where the jobs slip.

  • Leads hear back the next day, after they have called someone else.
  • Estimates take a week to leave the office.
  • Sent quotes go quiet, and nobody follows up.
  • Change orders and invoices get chased on weekends.

Agent cardSample: the intake agent

Purpose

Drafts a reply to every new inquiry within the hour and offers times for a walkthrough.

Tools it may use

Your inbox, to read and to draft. Your calendar, to propose times.

Data it may read

The inquiry, your service list, your open slots. Nothing else.

Alone

Drafts only, until you approve replies to go out on their own.

Never

Moves money, deletes a record, or texts anyone who has not agreed to texts.

Off switch

One toggle. New inquiries go back to your office the same minute.

Every agent you get ships with a card like this, written before it runs. The eight rules behind every card are on the owner's checklist, and how I hold my own systems to them is on the trust page.

03 How it starts

Nothing runs alone until it passes inspection on your real work

  1. WalkthroughWe walk through your office together, in person or on a call.
  2. BlueprintOne page, free and yours to keep: what to build first, and in what order.
  3. BuildScoped and priced in writing before any work starts.
  4. InspectionIt drafts every reply on live leads for your approval, and sends on its own only where you approve it.
  5. CareMonthly monitoring, tuning and fixes, so the system keeps pace with the company.

04 Questions

Asked and answered

Does it answer phone calls?

It works written messages: texts, web forms, email and lead-site messages. Calls stay with your office, and your Blueprint says whether a call line belongs in the plan.

Will it send an estimate on its own?

No. It drafts the estimate in your format from your notes and photos. You read it, change it and send it.

Does it work with the software we already use?

It works inside the tools you already use. The walkthrough lists them, and the Blueprint says how each one connects.

Will customers know a message is automated?

Yes, wherever the law asks. Every build passes a launch checklist: automated messages say so where required, texts go only to people who agreed to them, and every marketing email carries an opt-out.

How is a build priced?

Builds are five-figure engagements, scoped and priced in writing in your Blueprint before any work starts. The Blueprint is free.
