A1Request
Blueprint request
Request your Blueprint
A one-page plan for your company, drawn in writing: what to automate first, and in what order. Free, and yours to keep whether or not I build.
Thirteen short answers in three steps, most of them one tap, about three minutes. They tell us both whether a build fits before anyone spends an hour on a call. If it fits, you pick a call time the moment you send. See a sample Blueprint first if you would rather.
This fits you if you are the owner or an officer, your company runs 5 to 100 people, and you already know a build is a five-figure engagement. I take on a few builds at a time, so every one gets me.

I read every application myself. If yours fits, you pick a call time the moment you send it; if I need to know more, I reply from info@contractoros.tech within one business day. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder, then write to me. While you read, this page keeps a short note of which parts you opened and clicked; it stays in your browser, reaches me only with your application, and is gone when you close the tab.
Sending it means a reply can reach you. Your details are not added to a list or shared for anyone's marketing (privacy).

Thank you. It is in my hands.
Nothing else is sent, and nothing is added to a list. While you wait: a sample Blueprint, and what happens to your request.
Walkthrough call
Pick a time for your call
Thirty minutes by phone, about how the work runs today. I call the number you give, at the time you pick. Times are Pacific. If the work needs a screen or a visit, we set that up on the call.
Loading the open times.
Not ready to pick? Keep this page's address. It opens these times again for 30 days.
Thank you. A build does not fit yet.
I build for owner-led companies of 5 to 100 people with a five-figure build within reach this year, so there is no call to book today. I read every application myself, and yours is on file.
Three free reads help most at this stage: the owner's checklist to score any AI system anyone offers you, the field guide to the ways automation fails quietly, and the cost page on reading what one result costs. When your answers change, send the application again.
