Already running an AI tool or agent?
The 48-hour scan: your AI, scored before it surprises you
Someone built you an assistant, a bot, or an automation, and it works, mostly. In two working days I find every one of them in your company, read what each can reach, and score it against the eight rules, 0 to 3. You get one page you can act on, and the fix list in the order that matters.
Day one
The inventory
- Every assistant, bot, automation and agent, including the ones nobody remembers installing.
- What each one is wired to: the inbox, the books, the calendar, the customer list.
- Which accounts and keys it can reach, and whether it holds them itself.
- What it may do without a person, today, in writing.
Day two
The score
- The eight rules, scored 0 to 3, with the evidence beside each score.
- The ten quiet-failure checks, run over its logs by hand.
- Its last incident, read against the four ways a report hides a failure.
- The fix list in build order: keys first, then gates, then logs, then the rest.
What you get
- One pageYour score on each of the eight rules, and the total, on a sheet you can hand to a partner or a lender.
- An evidence sheet per ruleWhat I looked at, what I found, and what a 3 would look like for you.
- The fix list, in orderWhat to change first, what can wait, and what to turn off today.
- A walkthrough of the pageIn person or on a call, with time for every question.
See a sample report, drawn for an invented company.
Who it is for
A fit if
- You run a company of 5 to 100 people.
- An AI tool, agent or automation already touches your customers, your money or your records.
- You want to know what it can do before someone else finds out.
Not this
- A test of whether an outside attacker can break in. That is a different trade, and I will say so.
- A compliance certificate. The scan tells you where you stand; it does not stamp anything.
Terms
A scan covers the AI tools and agents you already run, and everything they can reach. Fixed price, quoted in writing before work starts. Two working days from the moment I have access. More than three, and the quote names the extra days before anything begins. If the fixes are worth a build, the scan's score becomes the first page of your Blueprint, and the Blueprint stays free.
